These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the HARBENCO website at [harbencoltd.com](https://harbencoltd.com), use of our app and purchases from HARBENCO LTD (“HARBENCO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please review these Terms before ordering. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell
We sell digital e-books and related educational resources, including templates, guides and supplementary materials.
Products are supplied electronically. We do not ship physical books or other physical goods.
Each product description sets out what the purchase includes. Covers and mockup images illustrate the digital product and do not indicate that a physical item is included.
3. Purchasing requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
You are responsible for supplying accurate order details and ensuring that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
4. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
- The total payable, including applicable taxes and any additional charges, is disclosed before you confirm payment.
- Payment is collected in full when you purchase, using a third-party payment provider.
- An e-book purchase does not automatically create a subscription or authorise future purchases.
- Further purchases require separate authorisation.

5. Additional purchases in the app
The HARBENCO app may offer other e-books, mini-guides, add-ons and related digital resources.
These are optional purchases charged separately from your initial order. Each price is displayed before you agree to buy.
You will only be charged when you confirm the additional purchase. Using the app or buying an initial product does not itself authorise further payments.
6. Receiving your digital product
After successful payment, your e-book is sent electronically to the email address entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes.
Please check your email address before submitting your order. If the delivery email is missing, check your spam or junk folder.

7. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee, the request process and the conditions that apply.
This voluntary guarantee supplements your statutory rights and does not restrict them.
UK consumers generally have 14 days from entering into a digital-content contract to cancel it. This right may end when supply begins if you expressly consented to supply starting during the cancellation period, acknowledged that you would lose your cancellation right and received the required confirmation.
Agreeing to these Terms alone does not provide that separate express consent and acknowledgement.
Your legal rights regarding faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant digital content remain in place.
8. Your licence to use the content
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for personal purposes or your own internal business use.
Ownership of the content and its intellectual property is not transferred to you.
Unless authorised in writing or permitted by applicable law, you must not:
- Sell, share, distribute or publish any part of the content.
- Make the files available on public websites or file-sharing platforms.
- Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
- Represent the content as your own creation.
9. Intellectual property ownership
Our e-books, templates, text, designs, branding and other materials are owned by HARBENCO LTD or its licensors.
They are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any rights not expressly licensed to you remain with their respective owners.
10. Educational information and results
Our products provide educational and general information. They do not replace professional advice suited to your individual circumstances, including legal, financial or business advice.
We do not guarantee particular earnings, performance or results. Outcomes depend on how the information is applied and on circumstances outside our control.
This provision does not limit your statutory rights relating to the quality or description of purchased content.
11. Support, complaints and payment disputes
If you have an order problem or wish to make a complaint, email contact@harbencoltd.com with your order reference and relevant details.
We respond within two business days and will work to resolve the issue, including arranging a refund where appropriate.
We encourage you to contact us for assistance. You remain free to contact your bank or payment provider, dispute a payment or use any other legal remedy available to you.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Your mandatory consumer rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.
Subject to those protections, and only to the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to an individual purchase is limited to the price paid for that purchase. This limit does not apply where it would unlawfully restrict your statutory rights or remedies.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
Consumers living elsewhere retain any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence, together with any right under applicable law to bring proceedings in their local courts.
14. Amendments
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, products or legal obligations.
Revised Terms will be published with an updated date. Your purchase remains subject to the version that applied when you placed the order.
